March was a busy month with sidewalk counseling, meetings, and interviews!
It seems that in such a short amount of time, God has already blessed our new apostolate with an incredible platform to spread our mission of ending abortion by the grace that flows through our Catholic Church. Anna and I were very excited to be interviewed on St. Gabriel Catholic Radio by Gary Anderson for his show, Life Perspectives! We got to share our plans for Catholics for Life with listeners throughout Ohio (see photo below on left). A short while after this interview, I got to speak to John-Henry Westen, cofounder of LifeSiteNews, on his show (see photo below on right). Anna, our son Leo, and I were taken on a pilgrimage to Rome by LifeSiteNews in 2018 where I really first experienced the call and inspiration to start a Catholic apostolate focused on pro-life activism. This interview has over 12K views on YouTube and Rumble and has led to many people reaching out to me from over a dozen states and Canada! While Catholics for Life is reaching people internationally through the media, I have been busy meeting with local groups to share Catholics for Life’s mission, receive advice, and talk about possible partnership. While there are many more I want to reach out to, I have been able to meet with the Columbus Diocese, Dominican Friars at St. Patrick Church, Damascus Catholic Mission Campus, Pregnancy Decision Health Centers, and many more (see bottem photo of me meeting with Fr. Imbarrato of LifeMinistriesUS, ambassadors for Our Lady of America, and Tiffin Right to Life along with other right to life chapters in Ohio). Although that is all exciting, the most important and urgent effort continues to be our prayer and counseling at the Columbus, Ohio Planned Parenthood (see top photo). In just one day, my little sister, Rachael, and our nephew, Jeremiah, were able to get two mothers to leave the abortion facility and go to the Women’s Care Center across the street! Praise God! One mother was there with her boyfriend and did not want to disappoint her family. An incoming seminarian named Luke, who started joining us after driving by one day, was able to pray with the young woman. Please pray for these mothers as well and stay tuned for our April updates on street evangelization and trainings for high school students! May God bless you for all your support! .
